Privacy Policy

DeckUnion processes information you submit through the project-intake form. This may include your name, email address, brand or project name, project specifications, links, notes, destination details, and file names or references you choose to share.

How Submission Processing Works

For a validated request admitted by the endpoint, the submitted payload is archived in Cloudflare R2 before a review email is attempted through Resend. If archiving succeeds but the email step fails, the site may show an error even though the first payload remains archived. Retrying may create another archived record. Submission does not promise a completed review, reply, pricing, capability, timing, or production order.

Browser Draft and Confirmation Storage

While you work, the form saves an allowlisted draft in this browser's localStorage. It includes the intake mode, current step, product and stage, quantity, file status, destination country or region, and selected specification fields. It excludes your name, email, brand or project name, website, notes, postal code, budget, agreement, and file names. Each saved snapshot expires after 24 hours and is removed when the form next detects that expiry. Clear Saved Draft and an accepted submission attempt to remove it.

After the API accepts a submission, the browser attempts to write a copy of the submitted payload and acceptance timestamp to sessionStorage for the confirmation view. It includes contact details and selected file names. The confirmation view rejects and removes invalid or more-than-24-hour-old data when read; a valid confirmation is not eagerly removed after it renders.

Server Storage and File Names

The current form does not upload file contents. Selected file names may be included in the archived and emailed payload. No automated server-side retention or deletion period is stated here.

Analytics Code

Where enabled by public deployment configuration, the site loads Google Tag Manager and Cloudflare Web Analytics. The RFQ interface also pushes event names and non-contact fields such as product type, project stage, quantity bucket, source, validation field and value presence, and submission status or reason to the page data layer. This audit did not inspect provider-side tags, settings, cookies, retention, or transfers, so this page does not make claims about those provider-side behaviors.

Retention and Contact

Privacy questions may be sent to hello@deckunion.com. This page does not promise a response time or deletion schedule.
